Armed with a BA in English and a post-graduate diploma in Media Studies, I made a career change into advertising in 2006. My main position was assisting the production of commercials and marketing videos. From writing scripts to the final edits, I was involved in all facets. In Winter 2009, I moved to London to begin a Masters in Design Studies at Central Saint Martins.

I created HYPE undressed as a portfolio for my thoughts, if you will.

The dictionary meaning of hype is something stimulating that has created interest, however this thing has probably been exaggerated. So my commentary on what’s getting hype could be because it’s interesting, or perhaps because it’s excessive. Regardless, my deconstruction will always be honest and I welcome dialogue that seeks to inform and entertain.
