See the Difference at the holidays

I’ve been following See the Difference for a while. I like their idea to show people where their money goes once they have donated to a charity through video. I know so many people in the US who feel like they write a check or drop coins and while they pat themselves on the back and feel good, many wonder what actually happens to that money. Unless you’re on the receiving end of a financial report, there really isn’t any way to know. See the Difference has been trying to change that here in the UK. Their ‘new website will be packed full of video stories from big charities, small charities, local charities, national charities about specific projects and things they do, so you can see exactly where your money is going to make a difference.’ They employ YouTube, Facebook and Twitter to also spread the word about what they are doing and they are growing steadily.

While the following video is less about what they do, it does show them getting out and talking to people to make a holiday video. Since I’m in a holiday mood, this is what you’re getting.
