I commented the other day on Best Buy’s Twelpforce and it’s awesomeness. Well, I got a Twitter comment back that I wanted to share:

Grammar aside, GSAgentP is one of the Geek Squad members out there spreading knowledge. If you perform a search for #twelpforce, you’ll see what he and the other team members have been helping with across the Twittersphere. It really is a great tool – especially as we head into the holidays! I’m loving these not-so-secret agents out there serving up the geek goods like Santa’s elves!

I really love customer service and Best Buy is doing it! (COME ON, BEST BUY UK!!!!)
