Digital Trust

As I work on my Masters on how digital presence strengthens trust offline, I have come across a lot of posts on how what you put online can hurt you. Though I’m trying to find the positive way to enhance trust by curating your digital narrative, I find that knowing the downside helps me see what actions to avoid.

Somebody’s Always Watching highlights a few examples.

The Guardian did a series on whether computers make us more human.

Here’s a small post on whether social media keeps us more honest.

These are only a few of the 50 posts I’ve read/researched on top of dozen or more books and journal articles on social media and digital lifestyles. It’s definitely made me question what I post and why I post it.
